This position offers an existing patient schedule with consistent new patient flow. We provide a trained team with integrated systems, relationships with dental labs, and supportive management to reach your clinical goals. We believe in providing you the autonomy to treat patients to the highest level of personal care and supporting your efforts of establishing relationships of trust.

We offer CE reimbursement, experienced mentorship, and study group involvement. We are willing to obtain additional dental technologies to support the special skills of the new associate, e.g. CBCT, microscopes, etc. Our compensation package is based on a percentage of production; a dentist with basic time management skills and some experience can count on $150,000 +/- per year. The associate can also expect an achievable ownership option in three years. Multiple other benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
